What is the Classroom Relief Project?
A partnership between your school and InkPeace with a goal of raising funds through the sale of printer/fax/copier ink and toner to purchasers designating your school as the beneficiary of profits derived from sales. The concept can also apply to fundraisers at other non-profit organizations, such as Boy Scouts, athletic teams, or any organization that needs to raise funds.
Is InkPeace a non-profit organization?
No, but business emphasis is working with schools and non-profit organizations while supporting fiscal, social and environmental causes. InkPeace shares 10% of ink and toner sales with your designated school or non-profit organization.  Funds for the designated organization will continue as repeat sales are realized for the life of the customer.
Are the ink prices competitive?
InkPeace prices are 30% to 70% LOWER than local office supply stores.
What do the terms OEM, Remanufactured, and Compatible mean?
OEM cartridges are manufactured by the printer companies and are generally the most expensive type. Remanufactured cartridges are the more eco-friendly solution. Remanufactured means “recycled” and have been previously used. Most people think these cartridges are simply refilled with ink. In fact, these cartridges go through a testing process, are taken apart, cleaned, filled with specifically formulated ink intended for that brand of cartridge, and put back together before being tested again. Compatible cartridges, still at a lower cost than OEM, are sold only when there is not a remanufactured solution available. Think of Compatible cartridges just as you would a generic drug – manufactured to the same specifications of the OEM with very similar quality but at a much lower price.
I am concerned about buying a brand other than what my printer model specifies. Is quality an issue and will it void my printer warranty?
Quality is job #1 at InkPeace. Cartridges are manufactured to the specification of the printer manufacturer’s requirements and provide dark, consistent print. If there is a problem with a cartridge, there is an unconditional 100% warranty on all products. The Magnuson-Moss Act prohibits printer manufacturers from voiding the warranty on printers due to the use of third-party ink cartridges. Corporate America has been using remanufactured cartridges for years. Our warranty is the most comprehensive in the business.
How can I participate in this program?
Enroll online and order your ink and toner cartridges (for printers, faxes, Copy machines) from InkPeace. We will send you a welcome email along with your own customized e-order form. If home and work need to be on separate accounts, no problem. You will receive an e-order form for your home and you may designate anyone who would order for your work by supplying their contact info (name, address, phone, email). Your designated school or non-profit organization will receive a check from InkPeace once the total reaches $50.
